Broad Application Experience - Our grout stain sealer has been used in auto showrooms, hosptials, hotels, food establishments, commercial restrooms, and countless residences  from coast-to-coast since 1993.  It has proven to be the solution to grout maintenance problems and is even endorsed by the three largest grout manufacturers. 
 
Superior Stain Resistance - While the appearance is important, any solution is incomplete if it does not also protect against a re-occurence.  MARBLELIFE's COLORSEAL system delivers superiod stain protection to the classic clear penetrating sealer applied to most grout surfaces after installation.   Any sealer - if applied appropriately - should protect grout from spills and dirt by preventing them from penetrating the grout's surface.  However, if an area is missed, or one uses aggressive cleaners the seal can fail without any outward indication of having done so.  MARBLELIFE's COLORSEAL system provides a clear indication that it is working as the color is restored to the grout where ever it has been applied - any missed areas would immediately be noticeable.  This provides the owner a clear means of confirming their grout has been treated and sealed.  Dirt is forced to stay on top of the grout where it is easy to clean and remove.
